Composition

  • Eberconazole nitrate 1% w/w

  • Cream base (q.s.)

Indications / Uses

EBACROS (Eberconazole 1%) is prescribed for the treatment of superficial fungal infections such as:

  • Tinea corporis (Ringworm of body)

  • Tinea cruris (Jock itch)

  • Tinea pedis (Athlete’s foot)

  • Cutaneous candidiasis

  • Pityriasis versicolor (white or light-brown patches on skin)

  • Seborrheic dermatitis (sometimes used)


How to Use

  • Clean and dry the affected area.

  • Apply a thin film of EBACROS cream once or twice daily (as advised by your doctor).

  • Rub gently until absorbed.

  • Continue treatment for 2–4 weeks (duration depends on infection).

  • Wash hands after application.


Side Effects

Mostly mild and local:

  • Burning, itching, or stinging sensation

  • Redness, irritation, or dryness

  • Rare: Allergic skin reaction


Precautions

  • For external use only.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
